Hello and welcome,

Congratulations! If you’re here I’m guessing that you are expecting a child in the upcoming months and are considering getting a birth and/or postpartum doula.

As your doula, I will be a calming presence before, during and after the birth. I will be there to support you in whatever ways work best for you. My goal is to help you achieve a birth experience that leaves you feeling supported and empowered.

I am a mom to four wonderful human beings- three adult sons and a teenaged daughter. I have a supportive husband and two dogs (a cockapoo and a bichon/terrier mix). In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, card games, hiking, camping, music, and travel.
